  • Authentication Data: Phone number verification via OTP (Firebase Authentication) and Meta (Facebook) OAuth for WhatsApp API connection.
  • WhatsApp Business Data: When you connect your WhatsApp Business account, we may access WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, template status, and messaging metadata as permitted by Meta.
  • Message Metadata: Delivery status, timestamps, and sender / receiver identifiers. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of personal messages beyond what is required to deliver the service.
  • Device & Usage Data: Basic device information, logs, and diagnostics for performance, analytics, and security.

2. How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To send WhatsApp messages that you explicitly configure or trigger.
  • To provide inbox, templates, and campaign features.
  • To ensure security, compliance, and prevent misuse.
  • To improve reliability and customer support.

3. WhatsApp Messaging Responsibility

Quick Branding acts only as a technology provider. All WhatsApp messages sent through the platform are initiated, configured, and controlled by the business user.

You are solely responsible for message content, recipient consent, template usage, and compliance with WhatsApp policies and applicable laws.

Users may opt out of messages by replying STOP, after which further messaging will be blocked as required by WhatsApp policy.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.
  • Data is shared only with trusted service providers strictly for functionality:
    • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform).
    • Firebase Authentication (OTP verification).
    • Cloud infrastructure providers.
  • Disclosure may occur if required by law.

5. Data Security

We use encryption, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

  • You can delete your account from the app settings.
  • You may request deletion of associated data.
  • Data deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children’s Privacy

Quick Branding is not intended for users under the age of 18.
